These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the crckx platform — Bangladesh's premier online casino and sports betting service. Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between crckx ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, browses, registers on, deposits into, bets on, or plays any game available through the crckx platform at crckx.net and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces operated by crckx.
By completing the crckx account registration process, by clicking any "I agree" or equivalent confirmation checkbox, or simply by using any part of the crckx platform following the publication of these Terms, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
These Terms are written in English and the English-language version is the authoritative and binding text. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English text takes precedence in all circumstances.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the crckx platform, close your account, and request withdrawal of any outstanding balance through the standard crckx withdrawal process.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the crckx platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained continuously throughout the period of account activity:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. crckx does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, bet, or play on the platform under any circumstances whatsoever.
- You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual. Corporate accounts and accounts operated by third parties on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
- You must not be a current employee, director, officer, consultant, contractor, or immediate family member of any such person employed by crckx or any of its affiliated companies or game-provider partners.
- You must not have been previously excluded from the crckx platform or have an existing crckx account that is suspended, restricted, or closed for any reason.
crckx reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle, including but not limited to at registration, at the first withdrawal request, and at any time a compliance review is triggered. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
Where crckx has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended. All funds in the account will be held pending the outcome of a formal age verification review. If the player is confirmed to be underage, the account will be permanently closed and any deposits refunded net of winnings that were generated, in accordance with our minor protection policy.
18+ Only: crckx enforces an absolute minimum age of 18 years for all account holders. This is a non-negotiable requirement. No exceptions are made under any circumstances, including for promotional or trial purposes.
Restricted Regions

Account Registration
Each individual may hold only one registered crckx account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonus-related winnings.
During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact details. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of bonus funds.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crckx login credentials, including your username and password. crckx strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify crckx immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. crckx accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
Account Verification (KYC)

Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits
crckx accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are credited to your crckx account in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. crckx does not apply any deposit processing fee, though standard mobile financial service transfer fees charged by your wallet provider may apply independently.
Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will trigger a compliance review that may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment source.
crckx reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its discretion, including where a deposit is suspected to be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time provided your account has passed KYC verification and no ongoing review or restriction applies. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. crckx targets a processing time of 5–20 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals, subject to successful verification and the absence of pending bonus wagering requirements.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless an alternative method is approved by the crckx compliance team. crckx does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Currency
All transactions on crckx are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No foreign currency conversion is applied on the crckx side. Any currency conversion charges imposed by your bank or card issuer are your own responsibility and are outside the control of crckx.

No Third-Party Payments
Deposits and withdrawals must always originate from and return to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party transactions are a breach of these Terms and will be reversed.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
crckx offers bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, reload promotions, and seasonal campaign bonuses to eligible registered players. All crckx bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over this general section.
Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to a crckx account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x, 35x) will be stated clearly in the promotion's terms at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements must be completed within the expiry window specified for that promotion. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to one eligible player per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method account. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
- crckx reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any bonus offer at any time without notice, provided that the amendment does not affect bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered.
- Bonuses credited in error must be reported to crckx support immediately. crckx reserves the right to reclaim any erroneously credited bonus at any time, including from a positive real-money balance, where the error can be demonstrated.
- Certain game types (for example, specific live casino tables or low-margin markets in the sportsbook) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward bonus wagering requirements. The contribution rates for each game category will be published in the relevant promotion terms.
- crckx reserves the right to void any winnings generated from bonus funds where crckx determines that the play pattern was designed to exploit promotional terms rather than engage in genuine recreational gambling.
Seasonal and Festival Promotions
crckx runs tailored promotional campaigns during major Bangladesh occasions including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and during high-profile cricket tournaments such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
All sporting bets placed on the crckx sportsbook and all casino game rounds played on the crckx platform are subject to the rules published for each specific sport, market, or game. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game and market rules before placing a bet or beginning a game session.
Sportsbook Rules
Bets placed on the crckx sportsbook are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed following confirmation except where crckx exercises its discretion in the specific circumstances set out below. Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement; for in-play (live) bets the odds are updated continuously and the odds accepted at the moment of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that bet.
crckx reserves the right to void any bet or series of bets where:
- The bet was placed on an event that was subsequently abandoned or declared void by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BPL organisers, FIFA).
- An obvious pricing error occurred and the odds displayed were materially inconsistent with the true market odds at the time of placement.
- crckx has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed using insider information, match-fixing intelligence, or other forms of sporting manipulation.
- The total stake across a player's related bets exceeds the maximum permitted liability for that market as set by crckx's risk management team.
Casino & Instant Game Rules
All casino games available on crckx use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, real physical outcomes operated by professional dealers in regulated studios. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel and represent the theoretical long-term average payout rate.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, platform error, or game engine failure — the outcome of the affected round will be determined by crckx's technical logs. If the outcome cannot be reliably reconstructed, the round will be declared void and the stake refunded to the player's crckx balance.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the crckx platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the below activities may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, any associated winnings voided, and remaining balances subject to forfeiture at crckx's discretion pending investigation:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility for any bonus or promotional offer.
- Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one crckx account per individual, whether directly or through a proxy, agent, or third party.
- Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the crckx platform while under the age of 18, or facilitating access by a person under 18.
- Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through coordinated play, structured wager patterns designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, or collusion with other accounts to generate artificial bonus outcomes.
- Collusion: Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format available on crckx to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other genuine players.
- Money Laundering: Using the crckx platform to deposit, layer, or extract funds derived from criminal activity, or using the platform to structure deposits in a manner designed to evade financial monitoring.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute with a card issuer or mobile wallet provider in respect of a valid crckx deposit. crckx will defend all unjustified chargebacks and may pursue recovery of any funds and associated costs.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human mechanism to place bets, play games, or interact with the crckx platform in place of genuine human participation.
- Exploiting Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, pricing error, game malfunction, or platform vulnerability to gain an advantage. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected error are subject to voiding.
- Interference with Platform Integrity: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, intercept, or otherwise interfere with the crckx platform, its servers, its API connections to game providers, or its payment processing infrastructure.

- Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game or betting market, whether planned or unplanned.

crckx's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to crckx in the 30-day calendar period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this section limits crckx's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by crckx's own negligence, where such limitation would be unlawful.

Section 12
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which crckx is incorporated as an offshore entity. By using the crckx platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
Players located in Bangladesh acknowledge that they are accessing crckx as an offshore platform and that disputes will be resolved in accordance with the governing jurisdiction's legal framework rather than Bangladeshi domestic law. Players remain solely responsible for their own compliance with applicable local regulations.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that, as closely as possible, achieves the original commercial intent of the severed clause.
No failure or delay by crckx in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. A waiver of any breach of these Terms by crckx does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
These Terms, together with the crckx Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and crckx regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and crckx relating to the same subject matter.
